Al-Ma'idah 5:107 فان عثر على انهما استحقا اثما فاخران يقومان مقامهما من الذين استحق عليهم الاوليان فيقسمان بالله لشهادتنا احق من شهادتهما وما اعتدينا انا اذا لمن الظالمين ١٠٧
فَإِنۡ
عُثِرَ
عَلَىٰٓ
أَنَّهُمَا
ٱسۡتَحَقَّآ
إِثۡمٗا
فَـَٔاخَرَانِ
يَقُومَانِ
مَقَامَهُمَا
مِنَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ٱسۡتَحَقَّ
عَلَيۡهِمُ
ٱلۡأَوۡلَيَٰنِ
فَيُقۡسِمَانِ
بِٱللَّهِ
لَشَهَٰدَتُنَآ
أَحَقُّ
مِن
شَهَٰدَتِهِمَا
وَمَا
ٱعۡتَدَيۡنَآ
إِنَّآ
إِذٗا
لَّمِنَ
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
١٠٧
Y si se descubre que ambos han pecado (porque han mentido o se han hecho con parte de la herencia del testamento), que otros dos testigos de entre los parientes más cercanos del fallecido ocupen su lugar y juren por Al-lah (lo siguiente): “Nuestro testimonio es más verídico que el de los testigos anteriores y no nos hemos excedido (al acusarlos de mentir), de lo contrario estaríamos entre los injustos”.
