Al-Ma'idah 5:96 احل لكم صيد البحر وطعامه متاعا لكم وللسيارة وحرم عليكم صيد البر ما دمتم حرما واتقوا الله الذي اليه تحشرون ٩٦
أُحِلَّ
لَكُمۡ
صَيۡدُ
ٱلۡبَحۡرِ
وَطَعَامُهُۥ
مَتَٰعٗا
لَّكُمۡ
وَلِلسَّيَّارَةِۖ
وَحُرِّمَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
صَيۡدُ
ٱلۡبَرِّ
مَا
دُمۡتُمۡ
حُرُمٗاۗ
وَٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَ
ٱلَّذِيٓ
إِلَيۡهِ
تُحۡشَرُونَ
٩٦
Les está permitida la pesca (si están en estado de consagración para la peregrinación) y alimentarse de lo que el mar les proporcione (aun estando muerto) para su disfrute y el de quienes se hallen de viaje; pero se les prohíbe la caza mientras estén en dicho estado de consagración. Y teman a Al-lah, ante Quien serán reunidos (para comparecer ante Él el Día de la Resurrección).

Water Game is Allowed for the Muhrim
Sa`id bin Al-Musayyib, Sa`id bin Jubayr and others commented on Allah's statement;
أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ صَيْدُ الْبَحْرِ
(Lawful to you is (the pursuit of) water game...) that it means, what one eats fresh from it, while,
وَطَعَامُهُ
(And its use for food) what is eaten dry
