An-Nahl 16:93 ولو شاء الله لجعلكم امة واحدة ولاكن يضل من يشاء ويهدي من يشاء ولتسالن عما كنتم تعملون ٩٣
وَلَوۡ
شَآءَ
ٱللَّهُ
لَجَعَلَكُمۡ
أُمَّةٗ
وَٰحِدَةٗ
وَلَٰكِن
يُضِلُّ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَهۡدِي
مَن
يَشَآءُۚ
وَلَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ
عَمَّا
كُنتُمۡ
تَعۡمَلُونَ
٩٣
Y si Al-lah hubiera querido, habría hecho de ustedes una única nación (con una sola religión), pero extravía a quien quiere (por rechazar la verdad) y guía a quien quiere. Y (el Día de la Resurrección) se les preguntará acerca de lo que hicieron (y serán juzgados por ello).

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
If Allah had willed, He would have made all of Humanity one Nation
Allah says:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ
(And had Allah willed, He would have made you) meaning - O mankind,
أُمَّةً وَحِدَةً
((all) one nation,) This is like the Ayah:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لآمَنَ مَن فِى الاٌّرْضِ كُلُّهُمْ جَمِيع
