An-Nisa 4:93 ومن يقتل مومنا متعمدا فجزاوه جهنم خالدا فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه واعد له عذابا عظيما ٩٣
وَمَن
يَقۡتُلۡ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
مُّتَعَمِّدٗا
فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ
جَهَنَّمُ
خَٰلِدٗا
فِيهَا
وَغَضِبَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَيۡهِ
وَلَعَنَهُۥ
وَأَعَدَّ
لَهُۥ
عَذَابًا
عَظِيمٗا
٩٣
Pero quien mate a un creyente de manera deliberada (y no se arrepienta) tendrá como retribución el infierno, donde permanecerá eternamente, y caerá sobre él la ira de Al-lah y será expulsado de Su misericordia; y Al-lah habrá preparado para él un terrible castigo.

The Ruling Concerning Killing a Believer by Mistake
Allah states that the believer is not allowed to kill his believing brother under any circumstances. In the Two Sahihs, it is recorded that Ibn Mas`ud said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
