Ar-Ra'd 13:37 وكذالك انزلناه حكما عربيا ولين اتبعت اهواءهم بعد ما جاءك من العلم ما لك من الله من ولي ولا واق ٣٧
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ
حُكۡمًا
عَرَبِيّٗاۚ
وَلَئِنِ
ٱتَّبَعۡتَ
أَهۡوَآءَهُم
بَعۡدَ مَا
جَآءَكَ
مِنَ
ٱلۡعِلۡمِ
مَا
لَكَ
مِنَ
ٱللَّهِ
مِن
وَلِيّٖ
وَلَا
وَاقٖ
٣٧
Y del mismo modo (que enviamos revelaciones sagradas a los profetas en sus propias lenguas), te hemos revelado a ti (¡oh, Muhammad!) este Corán en lengua árabe, que contiene claros preceptos (para que juzgues entre los hombres). Y si siguieras los deseos de los idólatras, después del conocimiento que has recibido (procedente de Al-lah), no tendrías quién te protegiera y te librara de Su castigo.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Truthful Ones from among the People of the Scriptures rejoice at what Allah has revealed to Muhammad ﷺ
Allah said,
وَالَّذِينَ ءَاتَيْنَـهُمُ الْكِتَـبَ
(Those to whom We have given the Book,) and they adhere by it,
يَفْرَحُونَ بِمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ
(rejoice at what has been revealed unto you,) i.e.
…The Truthful Ones from among the People of the Scriptures rejoice at what Allah has revealed to Muhammad ﷺ
