سَلَٰمٌ
عَلَىٰٓ
إِلۡ يَاسِينَ

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَلاَ تَتَّقُونَ
(When he said to his people: "Will you not have Taqwa") means, `do you not fear Allah when you worship others instead of Him'
