At-Tawbah 9:12 وان نكثوا ايمانهم من بعد عهدهم وطعنوا في دينكم فقاتلوا ايمة الكفر انهم لا ايمان لهم لعلهم ينتهون ١٢
وَإِن
نَّكَثُوٓاْ
أَيۡمَٰنَهُم
مِّنۢ
بَعۡدِ
عَهۡدِهِمۡ
وَطَعَنُواْ
فِي
دِينِكُمۡ
فَقَٰتِلُوٓاْ
أَئِمَّةَ
ٱلۡكُفۡرِ
إِنَّهُمۡ
لَآ
أَيۡمَٰنَ
لَهُمۡ
لَعَلَّهُمۡ
يَنتَهُونَ
١٢
Mas si rompen sus juramentos después de haber concluido con ellos un pacto y atacan su religión, combatan a los líderes de quienes rechazan la verdad —pues no respetan ningún juramento (o pacto)— para que así desistan (de su actitud).

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah says, if the idolators with whom you conducted peace treaties for an appointed term break
أَيْمَـنِهِمْ
(their oaths) meaning, terms of their treaties, and covenants
وَطَعَنُواْ فِى دِينِكُمْ
(and attack your religion...) with disapproval and criticism, it is because of this that one who curses
