At-Tawbah 9:3 واذان من الله ورسوله الى الناس يوم الحج الاكبر ان الله بريء من المشركين ورسوله فان تبتم فهو خير لكم وان توليتم فاعلموا انكم غير معجزي الله وبشر الذين كفروا بعذاب اليم ٣
وَأَذَٰنٞ
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِ
وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ
إِلَى
ٱلنَّاسِ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡحَجِّ
ٱلۡأَكۡبَرِ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
بَرِيٓءٞ
مِّنَ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
وَرَسُولُهُۥۚ
فَإِن
تُبۡتُمۡ
فَهُوَ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّكُمۡۖ
وَإِن
تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ
فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّكُمۡ
غَيۡرُ
مُعۡجِزِي
ٱللَّهِۗ
وَبَشِّرِ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
بِعَذَابٍ
أَلِيمٍ
٣
Y Al-lah y Su Mensajero proclaman a la gente, el Día del Sacrificio1, que ambos están exentos de la obligación de cumplir los pactos acordados anteriormente con los idólatras. Si se arrepienten (y aceptan el Islam, ¡oh, idólatras!), será mejor para ustedes; pero si se desentienden de la fe, sepan que no podrán escaparse de Al-lah. Y anuncia a quienes rechazan la verdad que recibirán un castigo doloroso (en esta vida y en la otra).

Allah says, this is a declaration,
مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ
(from Allah and His Messenger), and a preface warning to the people,
يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الاٌّكْبَرِ
(on the greatest day of Hajj), the day of Sacrifice, the best and most apparent day of the Hajj rituals, during which the largest gathering confer
