Ibrahim 14:44 وانذر الناس يوم ياتيهم العذاب فيقول الذين ظلموا ربنا اخرنا الى اجل قريب نجب دعوتك ونتبع الرسل اولم تكونوا اقسمتم من قبل ما لكم من زوال ٤٤
وَأَنذِرِ
ٱلنَّاسَ
يَوۡمَ
يَأۡتِيهِمُ
ٱلۡعَذَابُ
فَيَقُولُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ظَلَمُواْ
رَبَّنَآ
أَخِّرۡنَآ
إِلَىٰٓ
أَجَلٖ
قَرِيبٖ
نُّجِبۡ
دَعۡوَتَكَ
وَنَتَّبِعِ
ٱلرُّسُلَۗ
أَوَلَمۡ
تَكُونُوٓاْ
أَقۡسَمۡتُم
مِّن
قَبۡلُ
مَا
لَكُم
مِّن
زَوَالٖ
٤٤
Y advierte a la gente (¡oh, Muhammad!) sobre el día en que el castigo se abatirá sobre ellos y los injustos que niegan la verdad dirán: «¡Señor!, déjanos regresar a la tierra para que podamos responder a Tu llamada y seguir a Tusmensajeros». (Se les dirá con reproche:) «¿Acaso no jurasteis con anterioridad que nunca dejaríais la vida terrenal y que no resucitaríais?

There will be no Respite after the Coming of the Torment
Allah mentions what those who committed injustice against themselves will say when they witness the torment,
رَبَّنَآ أَخِّرْنَآ إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُّجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ الرُّسُلَ
(Our Lord! Respite us for a little while, we will answe
