Luqman 31:23 ومن كفر فلا يحزنك كفره الينا مرجعهم فننبيهم بما عملوا ان الله عليم بذات الصدور ٢٣
وَمَن
كَفَرَ
فَلَا
يَحۡزُنكَ
كُفۡرُهُۥٓۚ
إِلَيۡنَا
مَرۡجِعُهُمۡ
فَنُنَبِّئُهُم
بِمَا
عَمِلُوٓاْۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
عَلِيمُۢ
بِذَاتِ
ٱلصُّدُورِ
٢٣
Y no te aflijas (¡oh, Muhammad!) por quienes rechazan la verdad. Todos retornarán a Nosotros (el Día de la Resurrección) y les informaremos sobre lo que hicieron (en la vida terrenal). Ciertamente, Al-lah conoce lo que encierran los corazones.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ
(while he is a Muhsin) i.e., doing what his Lord has commanded and abstaining from what He has forbidden,
فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَى
(then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold.) means, he has received a firm promise from Allah that He will not punish him.
وَإِلَى

فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَ
