Saba 34:12 ولسليمان الريح غدوها شهر ورواحها شهر واسلنا له عين القطر ومن الجن من يعمل بين يديه باذن ربه ومن يزغ منهم عن امرنا نذقه من عذاب السعير ١٢
وَلِسُلَيۡمَٰنَ
ٱلرِّيحَ
غُدُوُّهَا
شَهۡرٞ
وَرَوَاحُهَا
شَهۡرٞۖ
وَأَسَلۡنَا
لَهُۥ
عَيۡنَ
ٱلۡقِطۡرِۖ
وَمِنَ
ٱلۡجِنِّ
مَن
يَعۡمَلُ
بَيۡنَ
يَدَيۡهِ
بِإِذۡنِ
رَبِّهِۦۖ
وَمَن
يَزِغۡ
مِنۡهُمۡ
عَنۡ
أَمۡرِنَا
نُذِقۡهُ
مِنۡ
عَذَابِ
ٱلسَّعِيرِ
١٢
Y (sometimos) el viento a Salomón, con el que recorría en una mañana la distancia de un mes, y en una tarde, la distancia de otro mes. E hicimos que manara para él cobre fundido de un manantial. Y entre los yinn había quienes trabajaban para él por decreto de su Señor. Y quienes de entre ellos se negaban a obedecernos sufrían el castigo del fuego abrasador1.

The Favors which Allah bestowed upon Sulayman
Having mentioned the blessings with which He favored Dawud, Allah follows this by mentioning what He gave to Dawud's son Sulayman (Solomon), may peace be upon them both. He subjugated the wind to him, so that it would carry his carpet one way for a month,
