Sad 38:10 ام لهم ملك السماوات والارض وما بينهما فليرتقوا في الاسباب ١٠
أَمۡ
لَهُم
مُّلۡكُ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَمَا
بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ
فَلۡيَرۡتَقُواْ
فِي
ٱلۡأَسۡبَٰبِ
١٠
¿O acaso les pertenece la soberanía de los cielos y de la tierra y de cuanto existe entre ellos? Si es así, ¡que asciendan por los caminos (que conducen al cielo para controlar los asuntos de la creación y conceder la revelación a quien ellos quieran)!

The Idolators were amazed at the Message, Tawhid and the Qur'an
Allah tells us that the idolators wondered at the sending of the Messenger of Allah as a bringer of glad tidings and a warner. This is like the Ayah:
أَكَانَ لِلنَّاسِ عَجَبًا أَنْ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مِّنْهُمْ أَنْ أَنذِرِ النَّاسَ
