Al-Anbiya 21:97 واقترب الوعد الحق فاذا هي شاخصة ابصار الذين كفروا يا ويلنا قد كنا في غفلة من هاذا بل كنا ظالمين ٩٧
وَٱقۡتَرَبَ
ٱلۡوَعۡدُ
ٱلۡحَقُّ
فَإِذَا
هِيَ
شَٰخِصَةٌ
أَبۡصَٰرُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
يَٰوَيۡلَنَا
قَدۡ
كُنَّا
فِي
غَفۡلَةٖ
مِّنۡ
هَٰذَا
بَلۡ
كُنَّا
ظَٰلِمِينَ
٩٧
و وعدۀ حق [= قیامت] نزدیک گردد؛ در آن هنگام، چشمهای کسانی که کفر ورزیدند [از شدت وحشت] خیره میمانَد [و میگویند:] «ای وای بر ما! قطعاً ما از این [حادثه] در غفلت بودیم! بلکه [کافر و] ستمکار بودیم».

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Those who have been destroyed, will never return to this World.
وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ
(And a ban is laid on every town) Ibn `Abbas said, "it is enforced", i.e., it has been decreed that the people of each township that has been destroyed will never return to this world before the Day of Resurrectio
