Al-Baqarah 2:180 كتب عليكم اذا حضر احدكم الموت ان ترك خيرا الوصية للوالدين والاقربين بالمعروف حقا على المتقين ١٨٠
كُتِبَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِذَا
حَضَرَ
أَحَدَكُمُ
ٱلۡمَوۡتُ
إِن
تَرَكَ
خَيۡرًا
ٱلۡوَصِيَّةُ
لِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
١٨٠
بر شما مقرر شده است که هر گاه زمانِ مرگِ یکی از شما فرا رسید، اگر مالی از خود به جای گذاشته است، برای پدر و مادر و خویشاوندان، به شیوهای شایسته وصیت کند. این [کار،] حقی است بر پرهیزگاران [که باید انجام دهند].
