Al-Isra 17:94 وما منع الناس ان يومنوا اذ جاءهم الهدى الا ان قالوا ابعث الله بشرا رسولا ٩٤
وَمَا
مَنَعَ
ٱلنَّاسَ
أَن
يُؤۡمِنُوٓاْ
إِذۡ
جَآءَهُمُ
ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ
إِلَّآ
أَن
قَالُوٓاْ
أَبَعَثَ
ٱللَّهُ
بَشَرٗا
رَّسُولٗا
٩٤
و مردم را (هیچ چیز) باز نداشت، از آنکه ایمان آوردند هنگامیکه هدایت به سوی آنان آمد؛ مگر اینکه گفتند: «آیا الله بشری را (بعنوان) پیامبر فرستاده است؟!»

وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ
(And nothing prevented men) means, most of them,
أَن يُؤْمِنُواْ
(from believing) and following the Messengers, except the fact that they found it strange that human beings would be sent
