Ash-Shu'ara 26:139 فكذبوه فاهلكناهم ان في ذالك لاية وما كان اكثرهم مومنين ١٣٩
فَكَذَّبُوهُ
فَأَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُمۡۚ
إِنَّ
فِي
ذَٰلِكَ
لَأٓيَةٗۖ
وَمَا
كَانَ
أَكۡثَرُهُم
مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
١٣٩
آنان هود را دروغگو انگاشتند؛ ما [نیز] هلاکشان کردیم. قطعاً در این [ماجرا] نشانهای [برای عبرت گرفتن] است؛ و بیشتر آنان مؤمن نبودند.

The Response of the People of Hud, and Their Punishment
Allah tells us how the people of Hud responded to him after he had warned them, encouraged them, and clearly explained the truth to them.
قَالُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْنَآ أَوَعَظْتَ أَمْ لَمْ تَكُنْ مِّنَ الْوَعِظِينَ
