Ash-Shu'ara 26:139 فكذبوه فاهلكناهم ان في ذالك لاية وما كان اكثرهم مومنين ١٣٩
فَكَذَّبُوهُ
فَأَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُمۡۚ
إِنَّ
فِي
ذَٰلِكَ
لَأٓيَةٗۖ
وَمَا
كَانَ
أَكۡثَرُهُم
مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
١٣٩
پس او (= هود) را تکذیب کردند، در نتیجه ما آنها را هلاک کردیم، بیگمان در این (ماجرا) نشانهای است، و بیشتر آنها مؤمن نبودند.

Allah tells us how the people of Hud responded to him after he had warned them, encouraged them, and clearly explained the truth to them.
قَالُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْنَآ أَوَعَظْتَ أَمْ لَمْ تَكُنْ مِّنَ الْوَعِظِينَ
