At-Tawbah 9:23 يا ايها الذين امنوا لا تتخذوا اباءكم واخوانكم اولياء ان استحبوا الكفر على الايمان ومن يتولهم منكم فاولايك هم الظالمون ٢٣
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
لَا
تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ
ءَابَآءَكُمۡ
وَإِخۡوَٰنَكُمۡ
أَوۡلِيَآءَ
إِنِ
ٱسۡتَحَبُّواْ
ٱلۡكُفۡرَ
عَلَى
ٱلۡإِيمَٰنِۚ
وَمَن
يَتَوَلَّهُم
مِّنكُمۡ
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
هُمُ
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
٢٣
ای کسانی که ایمان آوردهاید، اگر پدران و برادرانتان كفر را بر ایمان ترجیح دهند، [آنان را] به دوستى نگیرید؛ و هر کس از شما که آنان را به دوستى بگیرد، آنان همان ستمكارانند.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Prohibition of taking the Idolators as Supporters, even with Relatives
Allah commands shunning the disbelievers, even if they are one's parents or children, and prohibits taking them as supporters if they choose disbelief instead of faith. Allah warns,
لاَّ تَجِدُ قَوْماً يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَا
