يَسۡـَٔمُ
ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ
مِن
دُعَآءِ
ٱلۡخَيۡرِ
وَإِن
مَّسَّهُ
ٱلشَّرُّ
فَيَـُٔوسٞ
قَنُوطٞ
٤٩
Ènìyàn kò kó ṣúṣú níbi àdúà (láti tọrọ) oore. Tí aburú bá sì fọwọ́ bà á, ó máa di olùsọ̀rètínù, olùjákànmùná.

47. Ọ̀dọ̀ Rẹ̀ ni wọn yóò máa dá ìmọ̀ Àkókò náà padà sí. Kò sí èso kan tí ó máa jáde nínú apó rẹ̀, obìnrin kan kò sì níí lóyún, kò sì níí bímọ àfi pẹ̀lú ìmọ̀ Rẹ̀. (Rántí) ọjọ́ tí Ó sì máa pè wọ́n pé: “Ibo ni àwọn akẹgbẹ́ Mi (tí ẹ jọ́sìn fún) wà?” Wọ́n á wí pé: “Àwa ń jẹ́ kí O mọ̀ pé kò sí olùjẹ́rìí kan nínú wa (tí ó máa jẹ́rìí pé, O ní akẹgbẹ́.)” 48. Ohun tí wọ́n ń pè tẹ́lẹ̀tẹ́lẹ̀ sì di òfo mọ́ wọn lọ́wọ́. Wọ́n sì mọ̀ ní àmọ̀dájú pé, kò sí ibùsásí kan fún àwọn. 49. Ènìyàn kò kó ṣúṣú níbi àdúà (láti tọrọ) oore. Tí aburú bá sì fọwọ́ bà á, ó máa di olùsọ̀rètínù, olùjákànmùná. 50. Dájúdájú tí A bá ṣe ìdẹ̀ra fún un láti ọ̀dọ̀ Wa lẹ́yìn aburú tí ó fọwọ́ bà á, dájúdájú ó máa wí pé: “Èyí ni tèmi. Èmi kò sì ní àmọ̀dájú pé Àkókò náà máa ṣẹlẹ̀. Àti pé dájúdájú tí Wọ́n bá dá mi padà sí ọ̀dọ̀ Olúwa mi, dájúdájú rere tún wà fún mi ní ọ̀dọ̀ Rẹ̀.” Dájúdájú Àwa yóò fún àwọn tó ṣàì gbàgbọ́ ní ìró ohun tí wọ́n ṣe níṣẹ́. Dájúdájú A sì máa fún wọn ní ìyà tó nípọn tọ́ wò. 51. Àti pé nígbà tí A bá ṣe ìdẹ̀ra fún ènìyàn, ó máa gbúnrí (kúrò ní ọ̀dọ̀ Wa). Ó sì máa ṣègbéraga. Nígbà tí aburú bá sì fọwọ́ bà á, nígbà náà l’ó máa di aládùáà rẹgẹdẹ.
