Ghafir 40:15 رفيع الدرجات ذو العرش يلقي الروح من امره على من يشاء من عباده لينذر يوم التلاق ١٥
رَفِيعُ
ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ
ذُو
ٱلۡعَرۡشِ
يُلۡقِي
ٱلرُّوحَ
مِنۡ
أَمۡرِهِۦ
عَلَىٰ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
مِنۡ
عِبَادِهِۦ
لِيُنذِرَ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلتَّلَاقِ
١٥
（アッラー*は）位高きお方、御座[1]の主、かれは会合の日[2]を警告するため、その僕たちの内からお望みの者に、そのご命令によって、魂[3]を投げかけられる。 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah sends the Revelation to warn His Servants of the Day of Mutual Meeting
Allah tells us of His might and pride, and that His Mighty Throne is raised above all of His creation like a roof. This is like the Ayah:
مِّنَ اللَّهِ ذِي الْمَعَارِجِ - تَعْرُجُ الْمَلَـئِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِى يَوْمٍ
