Hud 11:119 الا من رحم ربك ولذالك خلقهم وتمت كلمة ربك لاملان جهنم من الجنة والناس اجمعين ١١٩
إِلَّا
مَن
رَّحِمَ
رَبُّكَۚ
وَلِذَٰلِكَ
خَلَقَهُمۡۗ
وَتَمَّتۡ
كَلِمَةُ
رَبِّكَ
لَأَمۡلَأَنَّ
جَهَنَّمَ
مِنَ
ٱلۡجِنَّةِ
وَٱلنَّاسِ
أَجۡمَعِينَ
١١٩
එහෙත් නුඹගේ පරමාධිපති ආශිර්වාද කළ අය හැර. තවද ඒ වෙනුවෙන් ම ඔහු ඔවුන්ව මැව්වේ ය. තවද ජින්වරුන් හා මිනිසුන් යන දෙපිරිසගෙන් නිරය පුරවන්නෙමි යන නුඹගේ පරමාධිපතිගේ වදන පූර්ණවත් විය.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah has not made Faith universally accepted
Allah, the Exalted, informs that He is able to make all of mankind one nation upon belief, or disbelief. This is just as He said,
وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لآمَنَ مَن فِى الاٌّرْضِ كُلُّهُمْ جَمِيعًا
(And had your Lord willed, those on earth would have believed,
…Allah has not made Faith universally accepted
Allah, the Exalted, informs that He is able to make all of mankind one nation upon belief, or disbelief.
