Hud 11:84 ۞ والى مدين اخاهم شعيبا قال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من الاه غيره ولا تنقصوا المكيال والميزان اني اراكم بخير واني اخاف عليكم عذاب يوم محيط ٨٤
۞ وَإِلَىٰ
مَدۡيَنَ
أَخَاهُمۡ
شُعَيۡبٗاۚ
قَالَ
يَٰقَوۡمِ
ٱعۡبُدُواْ
ٱللَّهَ
مَا
لَكُم
مِّنۡ
إِلَٰهٍ
غَيۡرُهُۥۖ
وَلَا
تَنقُصُواْ
ٱلۡمِكۡيَالَ
وَٱلۡمِيزَانَۖ
إِنِّيٓ
أَرَىٰكُم
بِخَيۡرٖ
وَإِنِّيٓ
أَخَافُ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
عَذَابَ
يَوۡمٖ
مُّحِيطٖ
٨٤
ואל בני מדין שלחנו את (הנביא) שועיב אחיהם. אמר ״הוי, בני עמי! עיבדו את אללה, כי אין לכם אלוה אחר מלבדו, ואל תרמו במידה ובמשקל, אני רואה כי המצב שלכם הוא טוב , אך אני מפחד כי יבוא עליכם העונש המקיף.
