Hud 11:87 قالوا يا شعيب اصلاتك تامرك ان نترك ما يعبد اباونا او ان نفعل في اموالنا ما نشاء انك لانت الحليم الرشيد ٨٧
قَالُواْ
يَٰشُعَيۡبُ
أَصَلَوٰتُكَ
تَأۡمُرُكَ
أَن
نَّتۡرُكَ
مَا
يَعۡبُدُ
ءَابَآؤُنَآ
أَوۡ
أَن
نَّفۡعَلَ
فِيٓ
أَمۡوَٰلِنَا
مَا
نَشَٰٓؤُاْۖ
إِنَّكَ
لَأَنتَ
ٱلۡحَلِيمُ
ٱلرَّشِيدُ
٨٧
De svarte: «Hør, Shoaib, krever din bønn av deg at vi skal oppgi det våre fedre har tilbedt, eller slutte å gjøre hva vi vil med vår eiendom? Du er da visselig mild og rettsindig!»

The Response of Shu`ayb's People
They said to Shu`ayb, in mockery,
أَصَلَوَتُكَ
(Does your Salah) Al-A`mash said, "This means your reading."
تَأْمُرُكَ أَن نَّتْرُكَ مَا يَعْبُدُ ءابَاؤُنَآ
(command you that we give up what our fathers used to worship,) meaning the idols and statues.
أَوْ أَن نَّفْعَلَ
