Ibrahim 14:52 هاذا بلاغ للناس ولينذروا به وليعلموا انما هو الاه واحد وليذكر اولو الالباب ٥٢
هَٰذَا
بَلَٰغٞ
لِّلنَّاسِ
وَلِيُنذَرُواْ
بِهِۦ
وَلِيَعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّمَا
هُوَ
إِلَٰهٞ
وَٰحِدٞ
وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ
أُوْلُواْ
ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ

Kuno kutuusa (obubaka) eri abantu era babe nga balabulwa nabwo (ebyaziyizibwa), era babe nga bamanya nti mazima yye ali Katonda omu, era abalina amagezi beebuulirire.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah states that this Qur'an is a Message for mankind,
لاٌّنذِرَكُمْ بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ
((So) that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach.) 6:19 This Qur'an is for all mankind and the Jinns, just as Allah said in the beginning of this Surah,
الر كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَـهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ ال
…Allah states that this Qur'an is a Message for mankind,
لاٌّنذِرَكُمْ بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ
((So) that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach.
