Ibrahim 14:6 واذ قال موسى لقومه اذكروا نعمة الله عليكم اذ انجاكم من ال فرعون يسومونكم سوء العذاب ويذبحون ابناءكم ويستحيون نساءكم وفي ذالكم بلاء من ربكم عظيم ٦
وَإِذۡ
قَالَ
مُوسَىٰ
لِقَوۡمِهِ
ٱذۡكُرُواْ
نِعۡمَةَ
ٱللَّهِ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِذۡ
أَنجَىٰكُم
مِّنۡ
ءَالِ
فِرۡعَوۡنَ
يَسُومُونَكُمۡ
سُوٓءَ
ٱلۡعَذَابِ
وَيُذَبِّحُونَ
أَبۡنَآءَكُمۡ
وَيَسۡتَحۡيُونَ
نِسَآءَكُمۡۚ
وَفِي
ذَٰلِكُم
بَلَآءٞ
مِّن
رَّبِّكُمۡ
عَظِيمٞ
٦
Era jjukira Musa bwe yagamba abantube nti mujjukire ekyengera Katonda kye yabawa, bwe yabawonya abantu ba Firawo nga babakombya ku bibonyobonyo ebikakali, nga batirimbula abaana ba mmwe abalenzi nebalekawo abaana ba mmwe ab'obuwala, mu kukola ekyo mwalimu okugezesebwa kunene nnyo okuva eri Mukama omulabirizi wa mmwe.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah states that Musa reminded his people about Allah's annals anddays and of Allah's favors and bounties that He bestowed on them,when He saved them from Fir` awn and his people and the tormentand disgrace they used to exert on them.
They used to slaughter whomever they could find among their sons
