Ibrahim 14:6 واذ قال موسى لقومه اذكروا نعمة الله عليكم اذ انجاكم من ال فرعون يسومونكم سوء العذاب ويذبحون ابناءكم ويستحيون نساءكم وفي ذالكم بلاء من ربكم عظيم ٦
وَإِذۡ
قَالَ
مُوسَىٰ
لِقَوۡمِهِ
ٱذۡكُرُواْ
نِعۡمَةَ
ٱللَّهِ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِذۡ
أَنجَىٰكُم
مِّنۡ
ءَالِ
فِرۡعَوۡنَ
يَسُومُونَكُمۡ
سُوٓءَ
ٱلۡعَذَابِ
وَيُذَبِّحُونَ
أَبۡنَآءَكُمۡ
وَيَسۡتَحۡيُونَ
نِسَآءَكُمۡۚ
وَفِي
ذَٰلِكُم
بَلَآءٞ
مِّن
رَّبِّكُمۡ
عَظِيمٞ
٦
Ir (prisiminkite), kai Mūsa (Mozė) tarė savo žmonėms: „Kviečiu atsiminti Allaho Malonę jums, kai Jis išgelbėjo jus nuo Firauno (Faraono) žmonių, kurie kėlė jums siaubingas kančias ir žudė jūsų sūnus bei palikdavo jūsų moteris gyvas. Ir tame buvo didžiulis jūsų Viešpaties išbandymas.“

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah states that Musa reminded his people about Allah's annals anddays and of Allah's favors and bounties that He bestowed on them,when He saved them from Fir` awn and his people and the tormentand disgrace they used to exert on them.
They used to slaughter whomever they could find among their sons
