Luqman 31:23 ومن كفر فلا يحزنك كفره الينا مرجعهم فننبيهم بما عملوا ان الله عليم بذات الصدور ٢٣
وَمَن
كَفَرَ
فَلَا
يَحۡزُنكَ
كُفۡرُهُۥٓۚ
إِلَيۡنَا
مَرۡجِعُهُمۡ
فَنُنَبِّئُهُم
بِمَا
عَمِلُوٓاْۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
عَلِيمُۢ
بِذَاتِ
ٱلصُّدُورِ
٢٣
Obia ͻbɛyi boniayε no, εmma ne boniayε no nnyε wo awerεho. Yεn hͻ ne wͻn nnkyi, na Yεbεbͻ wͻn dwuma a wͻdiiε no ho amaneε. Nokorε sε, Nyankopͻn ne deε εwͻ akoma mu no ho Nnimdefoͻ no.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ
(while he is a Muhsin) i.e., doing what his Lord has commanded and abstaining from what He has forbidden,
فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَى
(then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold.) means, he has received a firm promise from Allah that He will not punish him.
وَإِلَى
