Maryam 19:65 رب السماوات والارض وما بينهما فاعبده واصطبر لعبادته هل تعلم له سميا ٦٥
رَّبُّ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَمَا
بَيۡنَهُمَا
فَٱعۡبُدۡهُ
وَٱصۡطَبِرۡ
لِعِبَٰدَتِهِۦۚ
هَلۡ
تَعۡلَمُ
لَهُۥ
سَمِيّٗا
٦٥
. (Katonda) ye Mukama omulabirizi w'eggulu omusanvu n'ensi, n'ebyo ebiri wakati wa byombi kale nno musinze ogumiikirize ku kumusinza (bwotokola ekyo) abaffe omanyiiyo amufaanana?.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Angels do not descend, except by Allah's Command
Imam Ahmad recorded that Ibn `Abbas said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Jibril,
«مَا يَمْنَعُكَ أَنْ تَزُورَنَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا تَزُورُنَا؟»
(What prevents you from visiting us more than you do) Then this Ayah was revealed,
وَمَا نَتَنَزَّلُ إِ
