Maryam 19:65 رب السماوات والارض وما بينهما فاعبده واصطبر لعبادته هل تعلم له سميا ٦٥
رَّبُّ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَمَا
بَيۡنَهُمَا
فَٱعۡبُدۡهُ
وَٱصۡطَبِرۡ
لِعِبَٰدَتِهِۦۚ
هَلۡ
تَعۡلَمُ
لَهُۥ
سَمِيّٗا
٦٥
ߊ߬ߟߋ ߟߋ߬ ߦߋ߫ ߛߊ߲ ߠߎ߬ ߣߌ߫ ߘߎ߱ ߣߴߏ߬ ߝߌ߬ߟߊ ߕߍߟߊ ߡߊ߰ߙߌ ߘߌ߫ ، ߒ߬ߓߊ߬ ߌ ߦߴߏ߬ ߟߋ ߓߊ߬ߕߏ߬ ߸ ߊ߬ ߣߴߌ ߦߴߌ ߡߎ߬ߢߎ߲߫ ߊ߬ ߓߊ߬ߕߏ ߞߊ߲߬ ، ߦߊ߯ߟߊ߫ ߌ ߞߊ߬ ߕߐ߯ߡߊ߲߫ ߟߐ߲߫ ߊ߬ ߟߊ߫ ߓߊ߬؟.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Angels do not descend, except by Allah's Command
Imam Ahmad recorded that Ibn `Abbas said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Jibril,
«مَا يَمْنَعُكَ أَنْ تَزُورَنَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا تَزُورُنَا؟»
(What prevents you from visiting us more than you do) Then this Ayah was revealed,
وَمَا نَتَنَزَّلُ إِ
