An-Nisaa' 4:2 واتوا اليتامى اموالهم ولا تتبدلوا الخبيث بالطيب ولا تاكلوا اموالهم الى اموالكم انه كان حوبا كبيرا ٢
وَءَاتُواْ
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰٓ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ
وَلَا
تَتَبَدَّلُواْ
ٱلۡخَبِيثَ
بِٱلطَّيِّبِۖ
وَلَا
تَأۡكُلُوٓاْ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ
إِلَىٰٓ
أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡۚ
إِنَّهُۥ
كَانَ
حُوبٗا
كَبِيرٗا
٢
Dan berikanlah kepada anak-anak yatim (yang telah baligh) itu harta mereka, dan janganlah kamu tukar-gantikan yang baik dengan yang buruk; dan janganlah kamu makan harta mereka (dengan menghimpunkannya) dengan harta kamu; kerana sesungguhnya (yang demikian) itu adalah dosa yang besar.

Allah commands that the property of the orphans be surrendered to them in full when they reach the age of adolescence, and He forbids using or confiscating any part of it. So He said;
