ذالك بان الله مولى الذين امنوا وان الكافرين لا مولى لهم ١١

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَوْلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَأَنَّ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ لَا مَوْلَىٰ لَهُمْ ١١

This is because Allah is the Patron of the believers while the disbelievers have no patron.
