Al-Baqarah 2:178 يا ايها الذين امنوا كتب عليكم القصاص في القتلى الحر بالحر والعبد بالعبد والانثى بالانثى فمن عفي له من اخيه شيء فاتباع بالمعروف واداء اليه باحسان ذالك تخفيف من ربكم ورحمة فمن اعتدى بعد ذالك فله عذاب اليم ١٧٨
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
كُتِبَ
عَلَيۡكُمُ
ٱلۡقِصَاصُ
فِي
ٱلۡقَتۡلَىۖ
ٱلۡحُرُّ
بِٱلۡحُرِّ
وَٱلۡعَبۡدُ
بِٱلۡعَبۡدِ
وَٱلۡأُنثَىٰ
بِٱلۡأُنثَىٰۚ
فَمَنۡ
عُفِيَ
لَهُۥ
مِنۡ
أَخِيهِ
شَيۡءٞ
فَٱتِّبَاعُۢ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ
وَأَدَآءٌ
إِلَيۡهِ
بِإِحۡسَٰنٖۗ
ذَٰلِكَ
تَخۡفِيفٞ
مِّن
رَّبِّكُمۡ
وَرَحۡمَةٞۗ
فَمَنِ
ٱعۡتَدَىٰ
بَعۡدَ
ذَٰلِكَ
فَلَهُۥ
عَذَابٌ
أَلِيمٞ
١٧٨
Ó vós que credes! É-vos prescrito o talião para o homicídio: o livre pelo livre e o escravo pelo escravo e a mulher pela mulher; e aquele, a quem se isenta de algo do sangue de seu irmão, deverá seguir, convenientemente, o acordo e ressarci-lo,1 com benevolência. Isso é alívio e misericórdia de vosso Senhor. E quem comete agressão depois disso, terá doloroso castigo.
