Al-Hajj 22:41 الذين ان مكناهم في الارض اقاموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة وامروا بالمعروف ونهوا عن المنكر ولله عاقبة الامور ٤١
ٱلَّذِينَ
إِن
مَّكَّنَّٰهُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
أَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَءَاتَوُاْ
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
وَأَمَرُواْ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ
وَنَهَوۡاْ
عَنِ
ٱلۡمُنكَرِۗ
وَلِلَّهِ
عَٰقِبَةُ
ٱلۡأُمُورِ
٤١
Esses são os que, se os empossamos na terra, cumprem a oração e concedem as esmolas,1 e ordenam o conveniente e coíbem o reprovável. E de Allah é o fim de todas as determinações.

Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that `Uthman bin `Affan said, "The Ayah:
الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَّكَّنَّـهُمْ فِى الاٌّرْضِ أَقَامُواْ الصَّلَوةَ وَآتَوُاْ الزَّكَـوةَ وَأَمَرُواْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْاْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ
(Those who, if We give them power in the land,
