Al-Isra 17:13 وكل انسان الزمناه طايره في عنقه ونخرج له يوم القيامة كتابا يلقاه منشورا ١٣
وَكُلَّ
إِنسَٰنٍ
أَلۡزَمۡنَٰهُ
طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ
فِي
عُنُقِهِۦۖ
وَنُخۡرِجُ
لَهُۥ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
كِتَٰبٗا
يَلۡقَىٰهُ
مَنشُورًا
١٣
E, em cada ser humano, impusemos seu agouro no pescoço.1 E, no Dia da Ressurreição, faremos sair para ele, um Livro, que ele deparará, desenrolado.

After mentioning time, and the deeds of the son of Adam that take place therein, Allah says:
