Al-Kahf 18:82 واما الجدار فكان لغلامين يتيمين في المدينة وكان تحته كنز لهما وكان ابوهما صالحا فاراد ربك ان يبلغا اشدهما ويستخرجا كنزهما رحمة من ربك وما فعلته عن امري ذالك تاويل ما لم تسطع عليه صبرا ٨٢
وَأَمَّا
ٱلۡجِدَارُ
فَكَانَ
لِغُلَٰمَيۡنِ
يَتِيمَيۡنِ
فِي
ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ
وَكَانَ
تَحۡتَهُۥ
كَنزٞ
لَّهُمَا
وَكَانَ
أَبُوهُمَا
صَٰلِحٗا
فَأَرَادَ
رَبُّكَ
أَن
يَبۡلُغَآ
أَشُدَّهُمَا
وَيَسۡتَخۡرِجَا
كَنزَهُمَا
رَحۡمَةٗ
مِّن
رَّبِّكَۚ
وَمَا
فَعَلۡتُهُۥ
عَنۡ
أَمۡرِيۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
تَأۡوِيلُ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَسۡطِع
عَّلَيۡهِ
صَبۡرٗا
٨٢
"E, quanto ao muro, ele pertencia a dois meninos órfãos na cidade e, debaixo dele, havia um tesouro para ambos; e seu pai era íntegro: então, teu Senhor desejou que ambos atingissem sua força plena e fizessem sair seu tesouro, por misericórdia de teu Senhor. E não o fiz por minha ordem. Essa é a interpretação daquilo, com que não pudeste ter paciência."

Interpretation of why the Wall was repaired for no Charge
In this Ayah there is a proof that the word Qaryah (village) may be used to refer to a city (Madinah), because Allah first says,
حَتَّى إِذَآ أَتَيَآ أَهْلَ قَرْيَةٍ
