Al-Ma'idah 5:19 يا اهل الكتاب قد جاءكم رسولنا يبين لكم على فترة من الرسل ان تقولوا ما جاءنا من بشير ولا نذير فقد جاءكم بشير ونذير والله على كل شيء قدير ١٩
يَٰٓأَهۡلَ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
قَدۡ
جَآءَكُمۡ
رَسُولُنَا
يُبَيِّنُ
لَكُمۡ
عَلَىٰ
فَتۡرَةٖ
مِّنَ
ٱلرُّسُلِ
أَن
تَقُولُواْ
مَا
جَآءَنَا
مِنۢ
بَشِيرٖ
وَلَا
نَذِيرٖۖ
فَقَدۡ
جَآءَكُم
بَشِيرٞ
وَنَذِيرٞۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
عَلَىٰ
كُلِّ
شَيۡءٖ
قَدِيرٞ
١٩
Ó adeptos do Livro, foi-vos apresentado o Nosso Mensageiro, para preencher a lacuna (na série) dos mensageiros, a fimde que não digais. Não nos chegou alvissareiro nem admoestador algum! Sim, já vos chegou um alvissareiro e admoestador, porque Deus é Onipotente.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَلَبِثُواْ فِى كَهْفِهِمْ ثَلاثَ مِئَةٍ سِنِينَ وَازْدَادُواْ تِسْعًا
(And they stayed in their Cave three hundred years, adding nine.) meaning, nine more lunar years to substitute for the difference between lunar and solar years, thus agreeing with the three hundred years that the People of the Boo
