Al-Baqarah 2:180 كتب عليكم اذا حضر احدكم الموت ان ترك خيرا الوصية للوالدين والاقربين بالمعروف حقا على المتقين ١٨٠
كُتِبَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِذَا
حَضَرَ
أَحَدَكُمُ
ٱلۡمَوۡتُ
إِن
تَرَكَ
خَيۡرًا
ٱلۡوَصِيَّةُ
لِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
١٨٠
Ju është urdhëruar që, nëse ndonjërit prej jush i afrohet vdekja dhe ka pasuri për të lënë pas, atëherë të lërë testamentin në mënyrë të drejtë për prindërit dhe farefisin; ky është detyrim për besimtarët e devotshëm.
