Al-Ma'idah 5:107 فان عثر على انهما استحقا اثما فاخران يقومان مقامهما من الذين استحق عليهم الاوليان فيقسمان بالله لشهادتنا احق من شهادتهما وما اعتدينا انا اذا لمن الظالمين ١٠٧
فَإِنۡ
عُثِرَ
عَلَىٰٓ
أَنَّهُمَا
ٱسۡتَحَقَّآ
إِثۡمٗا
فَـَٔاخَرَانِ
يَقُومَانِ
مَقَامَهُمَا
مِنَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ٱسۡتَحَقَّ
عَلَيۡهِمُ
ٱلۡأَوۡلَيَٰنِ
فَيُقۡسِمَانِ
بِٱللَّهِ
لَشَهَٰدَتُنَآ
أَحَقُّ
مِن
شَهَٰدَتِهِمَا
وَمَا
ٱعۡتَدَيۡنَآ
إِنَّآ
إِذٗا
لَّمِنَ
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
١٠٧
Nëse më pas zbulohet se këta dy dëshmues kanë bërë gjynah, atëherë le të zëvendësohen nga dy të tjerë prej atyre që këta u kanë bërë padrejtësi! Pastaj, dy dëshmitarët e fundit le të betohen në Allahun (duke thënë): “Pa dyshim, dëshmia jonë është më e drejtë se dëshmia e tyre. Ne nuk gënjejmë, sepse përndryshe do të ishim keqbërës”.
