Taha 20:130 فاصبر على ما يقولون وسبح بحمد ربك قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل غروبها ومن اناء الليل فسبح واطراف النهار لعلك ترضى ١٣٠
فَٱصۡبِرۡ
عَلَىٰ
مَا
يَقُولُونَ
وَسَبِّحۡ
بِحَمۡدِ
رَبِّكَ
قَبۡلَ
طُلُوعِ
ٱلشَّمۡسِ
وَقَبۡلَ
غُرُوبِهَاۖ
وَمِنۡ
ءَانَآيِٕ
ٱلَّيۡلِ
فَسَبِّحۡ
وَأَطۡرَافَ
ٱلنَّهَارِ
لَعَلَّكَ
تَرۡضَىٰ
١٣٠
Bær med tålmod det de sier, og lov og pris Herren før solens oppgang og dens nedgang. Lov og pris Ham i nattetimene og ved dagens grenser, så du må være velbehagelig.
