Al-Anfal 8:53 ذالك بان الله لم يك مغيرا نعمة انعمها على قوم حتى يغيروا ما بانفسهم وان الله سميع عليم ٥٣
ذَٰلِكَ
بِأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
لَمۡ
يَكُ
مُغَيِّرٗا
نِّعۡمَةً
أَنۡعَمَهَا
عَلَىٰ
قَوۡمٍ
حَتَّىٰ
يُغَيِّرُواْ
مَا
بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ
وَأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
سَمِيعٌ
عَلِيمٞ
٥٣
[53] นั่นก็เพราะว่า อัลลอฮฺมิได้ทรงเป็นผู้เปลี่ยนแปลงความกรุณาใด ๆ ที่พระองค์ทรงประทานมันแก่กลุ่มชนหนึ่งกลุ่มชนใด จนกว่าพวกเขาจะได้เปลี่ยนแปลงสิ่งที่อยู่ในตัวของพวกเขาเอง และแท้จริงนั้นอัลลอฮฺเป็นผู้ทรงได้ยินผู้ทรงรอบรู้

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah affirms His perfect justice and fairness in His decisions, for He decided that He will not change a bounty that He has granted someone, except on account of an evil that they committed. Allah said in another Ayah,
