Al-A'raf 7:57 وهو الذي يرسل الرياح بشرا بين يدي رحمته حتى اذا اقلت سحابا ثقالا سقناه لبلد ميت فانزلنا به الماء فاخرجنا به من كل الثمرات كذالك نخرج الموتى لعلكم تذكرون ٥٧
وَهُوَ
ٱلَّذِي
يُرۡسِلُ
ٱلرِّيَٰحَ
بُشۡرَۢا
بَيۡنَ
يَدَيۡ
رَحۡمَتِهِۦۖ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَآ
أَقَلَّتۡ
سَحَابٗا
ثِقَالٗا
سُقۡنَٰهُ
لِبَلَدٖ
مَّيِّتٖ
فَأَنزَلۡنَا
بِهِ
ٱلۡمَآءَ
فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا
بِهِۦ
مِن
كُلِّ
ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِۚ
كَذَٰلِكَ
نُخۡرِجُ
ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
تَذَكَّرُونَ
٥٧
[57] และพระองค์นั้นคือผู้ที่ทรงส่งลมมาเป็นข่าวดีเบื้องหน้าความเอ็นดูเมตตาของพระองค์จนกระทั่งเมื่อมันได้แบกเมฆอันหนักอึ้งไว้ เราก็นำมันไป สู่เมืองที่แห้งแล้ง แล้วเราก็ให้น้ำหลั่งลงที่เมืองนั้น แล้วเราได้ให้ผลไม้ทุกชนิดออกมาด้วยน้ำนั้น ในทำนองนั้นแหละเราจะให้บรรดาผู้ที่ตายแล้วออกมา หวังว่าพวกเจ้าจะได้รำลึก

Among Allah's Signs, He sends down the Rain and brings forth the Produce
After Allah stated that He created the heavens and earth and that He is the Owner and Possessor of the affairs Who makes things subservient (for mankind), He ordained that He be invoked in Du`a', for He is able to do all things.
