Al-Baqarah 2:180 كتب عليكم اذا حضر احدكم الموت ان ترك خيرا الوصية للوالدين والاقربين بالمعروف حقا على المتقين ١٨٠
كُتِبَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِذَا
حَضَرَ
أَحَدَكُمُ
ٱلۡمَوۡتُ
إِن
تَرَكَ
خَيۡرًا
ٱلۡوَصِيَّةُ
لِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ

[180] การทำพินัยกรรมให้แก่ผู้บังเกิดเกล้าทั้งสอง และบรรดาญาติที่ใกล้ชิดโดยชอบธรรมนั้น ได้ถูกกำหนดขึ้นแก่พวกเจ้าแล้ว เมื่อความตายได้มายังคนหนึ่งคนใดในพวกเจ้า หากเขาได้ทิ้งทรัพย์สมบัติไว้ ทั้งนี้เป็นหน้าที่แก่ผู้ยำเกรงทั้งหลาย
