Al-Baqarah 2:184 اياما معدودات فمن كان منكم مريضا او على سفر فعدة من ايام اخر وعلى الذين يطيقونه فدية طعام مسكين فمن تطوع خيرا فهو خير له وان تصوموا خير لكم ان كنتم تعلمون ١٨٤
أَيَّامٗا
مَّعۡدُودَٰتٖۚ
فَمَن
كَانَ
مِنكُم
مَّرِيضًا
أَوۡ
عَلَىٰ
سَفَرٖ
فَعِدَّةٞ
مِّنۡ
أَيَّامٍ
أُخَرَۚ
وَعَلَى
ٱلَّذِينَ
يُطِيقُونَهُۥ
فِدۡيَةٞ
طَعَامُ
مِسۡكِينٖۖ
فَمَن
تَطَوَّعَ
خَيۡرٗا
فَهُوَ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّهُۥۚ
وَأَن
تَصُومُواْ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّكُمۡ
إِن
كُنتُمۡ
تَعۡلَمُونَ
١٨٤
[184] (คือถูกกำหนดให้ถือ) ในบรรดาวันที่ถูกนับไว้ แล้วผู้ใดในพวกเจ้าป่วยหรืออยู่ในการเดินทางก็ให้ถือใช้ในวันอื่น และหน้าที่ของบรรดาผู้ที่ถือศีลอดด้วยความลำบากยิ่ง (โดยที่เขาได้งดเว้นการถือ) นั้น คือการชดเชยอันได้แก่การให้อาหาร (มื้อหนึ่ง) แก่คนมิสกีนคนหนึ่ง (ต่อการงดเว้น จากการถือหนึ่งวัน) แต่ผู้ใดกระทำความดีโดยสมัครใจ มันก็เป็นความดีแก่เขา และการที่พวกเจ้าจะถือศีลอดนั้น ย่อมเป็นสิ่งที่ดียิ่งกว่าแก่พวกเจ้า หากพวกเจ้ารู้
