Al-Baqarah 2:234 والذين يتوفون منكم ويذرون ازواجا يتربصن بانفسهن اربعة اشهر وعشرا فاذا بلغن اجلهن فلا جناح عليكم فيما فعلن في انفسهن بالمعروف والله بما تعملون خبير ٢٣٤
وَٱلَّذِينَ
يُتَوَفَّوۡنَ
مِنكُمۡ
وَيَذَرُونَ
أَزۡوَٰجٗا
يَتَرَبَّصۡنَ
بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ
أَرۡبَعَةَ
أَشۡهُرٖ
وَعَشۡرٗاۖ
فَإِذَا
بَلَغۡنَ
أَجَلَهُنَّ
فَلَا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
فِيمَا
فَعَلۡنَ
فِيٓ
أَنفُسِهِنَّ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
بِمَا
تَعۡمَلُونَ
خَبِيرٞ
٢٣٤
[234] และบรรดาผู้ที่ถึงแก่ชีวิตลงในหมู่พวกเจ้าและทิ้งคู่ครองไว้นั้น พวกนางจะต้องรอคอยตัวของพวกนางเอง สี่เดือนกับสิบวัน ครั้นเมื่อพวกนางครบกำหนดเวลาของพวกนางแล้ว ก็ไม่มีบาปใด ๆ แก่พวกเจ้า ในสิ่งที่พวกนางได้กระทำไปในส่วนตัวของพวกนางโดยชอบธรรม และอัลลอฮฺนั้นทรงรอบรู้อย่างละเอียด ในสิ่งที่พวกเจ้ากระทำกัน
