Al-Baqarah 2:236 لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦
لَّا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِن
طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
[236] ไม่มีบาปใด ๆ แก่พวกเจ้า ถ้าหากพวกเจ้าหย่าหญิง โดยที่พวกเจ้ายังมิได้แตะต้องพวกนาง หรือยังมิได้กำหนดมะฮัรใด ๆ แก่พวกนาง และจงให้นางได้รับสิ่งที่อำนวยประโยชน์แก่พวกนาง โดยที่หน้าที่ของผู้มั่งมีนั้นคือตามกำลังความสามารถของเขา และหน้าที่ของผู้ยากจนนั้นคือตามกำลังความสามารถของเขา เป็นการให้ประโยชน์โดยชอบธรรม เป็นสิทธิเหนือผู้กระทำดีทั้งหลาย
