An-Nisa 4:93 ومن يقتل مومنا متعمدا فجزاوه جهنم خالدا فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه واعد له عذابا عظيما ٩٣
وَمَن
يَقۡتُلۡ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
مُّتَعَمِّدٗا
فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ
جَهَنَّمُ
خَٰلِدٗا
فِيهَا
وَغَضِبَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَيۡهِ
وَلَعَنَهُۥ
وَأَعَدَّ
لَهُۥ
عَذَابًا
عَظِيمٗا
٩٣
[93] และผู้ใดฆ่าผู้ศรัทธาโดยจงใจ การตอบแทนแก่เขาก็คือ นรกญะฮันนัม โดยที่เขาจะอยู่ในนั้นตลอดกาล และอัลลอฮฺก็ทรงกริ้วโกรธเขา และทรงละอฺนัตเขา และได้ทรงเตรียมไว้สำหรับเขาซึ่งการลงโทษอันใหญ่หลวง

The Ruling Concerning Killing a Believer by Mistake
Allah states that the believer is not allowed to kill his believing brother under any circumstances. In the Two Sahihs, it is recorded that Ibn Mas`ud said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
