Al-Anbiya 21:95 وحرام على قرية اهلكناها انهم لا يرجعون ٩٥
وَحَرَٰمٌ
عَلَىٰ
قَرۡيَةٍ
أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهَآ
أَنَّهُمۡ
لَا
يَرۡجِعُونَ
٩٥
われが滅ぼした都市には禁令が（強制的に）あって，かれらは帰って来られないであろう。

Và một lệnh cấm đã được ban hành cho (dân của) mỗi thị trấn mà TA đã tiêu diệt rằng họ sẽ không trở lại (thế gian để được quay lại sám hối).

Those who have been destroyed, will never return to this World.
وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ
(And a ban is laid on every town) Ibn `Abbas said, "it is enforced", i.e., it has been decreed that the people of each township that has been destroyed will never return to this world before the Day of Resurrectio
