An-Nisa 4:7 للرجال نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والاقربون وللنساء نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والاقربون مما قل منه او كثر نصيبا مفروضا ٧
لِّلرِّجَالِ
نَصِيبٞ
مِّمَّا
تَرَكَ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ
وَلِلنِّسَآءِ
نَصِيبٞ
مِّمَّا
تَرَكَ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ
مِمَّا
قَلَّ
مِنۡهُ
أَوۡ
كَثُرَۚ
نَصِيبٗا
مَّفۡرُوضٗا
٧
男は両親および近親の遺産の一部を得，女もまた両親及び近親の遺産の一部を得る。そのさい遺産の多少を問わず定められたように配分しなさい。

Đàn ông được quyền hưởng gia tài của cha mẹ và bà con ruột thịt để lại (sau khi họ qua đời), và phụ nữ cũng được quyền hưởng gia tài của cha mẹ và bà con ruột thịt để lại (sau khi họ qua đời), dù ít hay nhiều1. (Đó là) giáo luật bắt buộc (từ Allah).
