Ya-Sin 36:69 وما علمناه الشعر وما ينبغي له ان هو الا ذكر وقران مبين ٦٩
وَمَا
عَلَّمۡنَٰهُ
ٱلشِّعۡرَ
وَمَا
يَنۢبَغِي
لَهُۥٓۚ
إِنۡ
هُوَ
إِلَّا
ذِكۡرٞ
وَقُرۡءَانٞ
مُّبِينٞ
٦٩
Ma aanu barin isaga (Nabi Muxammad) gabay, mana aha wax ku habboon. Kani ma aha waxaan ahayn Waano iyo Qur’aan cad.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah tells us that the longer the son of Adam lives, the more he becomes weak after being strong, and incapable after being able and active

اللَّهُ الَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ مِّن ضَعْفٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِن بَعْدِ ضَعْفٍ قُوَّةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِن بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ ضَعْفاً وَشَيْبَةً يَخْلُقُ
