Ya-Sin 36:69 وما علمناه الشعر وما ينبغي له ان هو الا ذكر وقران مبين ٦٩
وَمَا
عَلَّمۡنَٰهُ
ٱلشِّعۡرَ
وَمَا
يَنۢبَغِي
لَهُۥٓۚ
إِنۡ
هُوَ
إِلَّا
ذِكۡرٞ
وَقُرۡءَانٞ
مُّبِينٞ
٦٩
Ezali ntôki ya mpamba mpamba te nde totangisaki ye (Muhammad), mpe esengeli naye te. Kaši ezali nde bokundoli, mpe kotanga kurani oyo ezali polele.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah tells us that the longer the son of Adam lives, the more he becomes weak after being strong, and incapable after being able and active

اللَّهُ الَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ مِّن ضَعْفٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِن بَعْدِ ضَعْفٍ قُوَّةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِن بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ ضَعْفاً وَشَيْبَةً يَخْلُقُ
